How cancellations and refunds work for Aqsa LogicByte's software engineering services, which are delivered digitally rather than shipped as physical goods.

Aqsa LogicByte provides custom software engineering services. We do not sell physical products, so there are no physical returns. This policy explains when payments for our Services are refundable and how to request a refund. It applies alongside the payment terms in your signed Proposal or service agreement, which control if there is any conflict.
An engagement begins after we receive the deposit stated in the Proposal. The deposit reserves capacity in our schedule and covers initial scoping and planning. It is non-refundable once we have started work, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
We invoice per milestone. A milestone payment covers the work defined for that milestone. Once a milestone has been delivered and accepted, or the review window for it has passed without issues raised, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
If we are unable to deliver a milestone as agreed and cannot reasonably remedy it, you may cancel that milestone and we will refund the amount you have paid for the undelivered work.
Reproducible defects in a delivered milestone that you report within the warranty period stated in your Proposal are corrected at no additional charge, as described in our Terms & Conditions. The remedy for a covered defect is correction of the work, not a refund, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Send a written request to aqsahamzadev@gmail.com with your project name, the invoice or payment reference, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve the request within 14 business days.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Any bank charges or payment-processing fees deducted from the original payment are not part of the refunded amount.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and any legitimate refund due.
