Aqsa LogicByte delivers software and consulting services digitally. This policy explains how and when deliverables are handed over.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
Aqsa LogicByte provides software engineering and consulting services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no physical shipping, freight, or delivery charges apply. This policy describes how we deliver digital work and when you can expect it.
All deliverables are transferred electronically. We give you access to the relevant repository, hosting environment, and accounts, and confirm delivery in writing (by email or in the project workspace). There is nothing to ship and no shipping address is required.
Timelines are agreed per engagement in your Proposal or statement of work and are organised into milestones with target dates. Each milestone is delivered when its defined outcomes are complete and have passed our internal review. Dates assume timely feedback, content, and access from you; Client-side delays move dependent dates accordingly.
When a milestone is delivered we notify you and provide access to the work. You then have the review window stated in the Proposal to test it and raise issues. If no issues are raised within that window, the milestone is treated as accepted.
If we expect to miss an agreed date, we will tell you as soon as we know, explain why, and propose a revised date. If a delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, the affected dates are extended by a reasonable period.
Support after delivery — bug fixes within the warranty period, and any ongoing maintenance or retainer — is provided as described in your Proposal and our Terms & Conditions.
